These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Salary Planner app and website, built and operated by ZoneStudio ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using Salary Planner, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Description of Service

Salary Planner is a personal budgeting app that helps you track income, expenses, and savings goals, and calculates a daily safe-to-spend amount based on the information you provide.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Salary Planner. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.

3. Accounts & Sign-In

You may sign in using Google, Facebook, or Apple. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at zonestudio786@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Salary Planner Pro

Salary Planner Pro is available as a one-time, non-recurring purchase that removes ads and unlocks additional features such as PDF export, deep analytics, and multiple salary profiles. Payments are processed through the relevant app store (Google Play or the App Store), and refunds are subject to that store's own refund policy, not ours.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to reverse-engineer it, interfere with its normal operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Financial Disclaimer

Salary Planner is a budgeting tool, not a financial, tax, or investment advisor. Figures such as your daily safe-to-spend amount are calculated from the data you enter and are provided for informational purposes only. You're responsible for your own financial decisions, and we recommend consulting a qualified professional for financial advice.

7. Advertising

The free version of Salary Planner displays ads served through Google AdMob. Upgrading to Pro removes all ads. See our Privacy Policy for details on how advertising data is handled.

8. Third-Party Services

The app relies on third-party services, including Google Firebase, Google AdMob, Google Sign-In, Facebook Login, and Sign in with Apple. Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

9. Intellectual Property

Salary Planner, including its design, branding, and underlying code, is the property of ZoneStudio and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our prior written consent.

10. Termination

You may stop using Salary Planner and delete your account at any time through the app settings. We may suspend or terminate access to the app for anyone who violates these Terms.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Salary Planner is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of inaccuracies.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZoneStudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Salary Planner.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
